Development of a packaging line for banking products and a new retail concept for Dutch post offices.

At the time, the idea was that by packaging banking products, it would become easier to sell them through various retail channels. These days, postoffices have disappeared in the Netherlands; their function has been taken over by convenient stores.
Banking is largely done online but some banking offices remain open for personal customer service. Especially regarding the more complicated products like a mortage.
